July Resource Sneak Peak

I am so excited for our July Resource that I had to send you an early sneak peak. My FREE2COMPETE partner, Coach Joseph Cooley, recently sat down for a conversation with Papillion La Vista South High School’s Head Volleyball Coach Katie Tarman. Their 30 minute conversation is filled with so much good stuff you are going to want to listen to it more than one time. But, you are going to have to wait until July 1st to have the opportunity to do that.
We hope this will be the first of many more “Conversations with Coach Cooley” that will give you the opportunity to learn from some people who are in alignment with how we think about sports and the role they play in developing young people.
I want you to get a glimpse of who Coach Tarman is and what her program is about before you listen to that conversation. We are fortunate to work in the same building with her and consider her a friend. She is extremely thoughtful in how she builds the culture of her team through both high levels of support and high levels of expectations. Check out these two short clips that were posted on social media after she led the Titans to their 4th state title in 6 years back in November of 2024.
