A BONUS resource for the month!
This week we are teaching our Leadership Academy students about TRANSACTIONAL and TRANSFORMATIONAL leadership styles. It doesn’t take long for our students to understand the type that they perform the best under and prefer to be coached by. We’ve taught this concept to 600+ students and found that for a majority of our students their experiences with TRANSFORMATIONAL coaches are outweighed by their experiences with TRANSACTIONAL coaches.
